My husband and I came in around 3:30pm to test drive a Tucson on a random Tuesday. As soon as we walked in Joseph greeted us and brought the car out for us to test drive. We were sold on the car almost immediately after driving it. Jospeh helped us out every step of the way and even put up with my jokes. We had a few members of the team come up to us and they were very polite and they were very approachable. The finance department did a wonderful job of gathering our papers and made the signing process a breeze. Joseph answered all our questions and worked to help us get the best deal possible. By the time we were done with everything, we drove off in our new car around 6pm. That was the quickest, most easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Jospeh was also kind enough to reach out the next day to let us know that he’s around if we have any questions. He answered my questions very quickly the following day. All in all, the whole experience was wonderful. Thank you Hyundai of Trenton and thank you Jospeh! We love our new car!
